Switzerland’s Pension system is based on a Three Pillar System
- Pillar 1 – State provided pension
- Pillar 2 – A combination of both yours and your employer’s contributions
- Pillar 3 – A voluntary scheme designed to top up your retirement savings
We help clients set up Pillar 3’s based on location and personal circumstances; in many cases we can save clients approximately 2,000 Swiss Francs a year. And if you live in Geneva the tax relief can be higher.
